The location of this hotel is stunning, just a short walk from a theatre and a palace, and the room we stayed in was immaculately clean with modern amenities and complimentary soft drinks included.

The location of the hotel - directly at the sea - and the rooms were excellent and the breakfast buffet was very rich and of high quality. The staff is very dedicated and polite. So is room service. The dinner is also rich and of high quality. We had booked Starprestige and therefore always drinks and food at the pool. All very clean.

The staff at the reception for Starprestige is quite slow and not very motivated. Also at the departure no " Good journey home or How did you like it " everything very listless

The setting here is ideal, just 3 km from a majestic lighthouse.

Located right by the beach and not far from the airport, this place offers a beautiful beach setting. the staff are super friendly and always polite, making you feel right at home 😊.

The beach is gorgeous, the staff are very polite and helpful. We had a superior room so we had access to a "vip swimming pool", hotel staff would bring free drinks and snacks etc.

The food wasn't great - I expected better food for a 4 star hotel. The hotel is a bit old and definitely needs some refreshing. Initially we had booked a standard room; it was really dated, dark, and faced a car park. We then asked to upgrade to a sea-view superior room which was so much better as it had been recently renovated (well, more like refreshed, the bathroom is still quite dated). It was definitely worth the extra £15 a night. Finally, it's not a hotel fault in anyway, but Fuerteventura is REALLY windy, so we could barely enjoy the gorgeous beach! It was horrible to be sandblasted every 5 minutes.

Pool area spotless, adult section quiet during the day. Loads to do for kids. Plenty of sun beds at all times of the day (only a few fools up at 7 to book a sun bed) Food excellent and so much of it. Hotel has easy access to beach and Town areas. Evening annimation fabulous with a variety of shows to entertain. Bar service excellent. All in all a lovely hotel with polite staff and respectful guests (no lager louts at all)

The seperate "Special Area" with seperate pool for a select few snobs but even they had to dine with the rest of us. Having to pay €2 for a glass of water with dinner.

The room here is well-equipped with storage, a TV, and a hair dryer, featuring very bright decor; the location is amazing and peaceful, right by the sea.

The food, wine and spirits were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. The entertainment was very good.

I had obsolutely no complaints or dislikes

Great hotel, just 5 stars. We would stay here again without hesitation if we go to Morro del Jable.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, great location near beautiful beach. Adults only. Highly recommended.

We loved the fact that the hotel was right on the beach so you could swap between the pool and the beach- everything was so clean not only in the hotel but along the street and around the shops- entertainment during the day was very good and the team were excellant and friendily- we will be booking into this hotel again.

The only thing we didnt like was the fact that the hotel does not have a shuttle service to and from the hotel as it's an hours drive from the airport and the taxi fare is 90euros.SOME Of the food was abit on the cold side.

The dinner area was roomy, and we both had hot meals with a breathtaking beach view from the window.
